How will I receive my order?
Your order will be sent per email confirmation, containing a unique ID number for all the purchased Green Fees and related additional products.
Can I change my order?
Yes, up to the payment moment. Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed and cannot be modified.
Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
The confirmation for you order is the email self that you receive immediately after placing the payment and that contains the Green Fees as well.
When do I get my green fees and when can I start using them?
Immediately, as the confirmation email is sent out right after we receive the payment and the green fees can be used as soon as you see them in your inbox! Remember to double check the availability with the Club.
In which days are the green fees bought online valid?
Depending on the chosen product, the allowed days are clearly specified (i.e. Weekdays or Weekends). Normally Green Fees are always valid, with the exception of some competition days of the Clubs, however our partners can decide not to accept external golfers in some particularly busy days, this is the reason we always recommend to double check the availability by calling the Club beforehand.
Can I get in touch with you directly?

How long will it take to get an answer to my enquiries?
We will do our best to get you an answer within 48 hours.
Shall I contact the Club before playing?
It is not strictly required, however it is a very good practice and kindly recommended to double check with the Club the access for external guests, especially in case of high-demand dates.
Are there other expenses other than the Green Fee price?
Absolutely no! The price you see is exactly what you pay, with no extra costs or hidden fees.
Do you have a "gift Green Fee" service?
